The Process

Assess

Our team will review your facility for areas where contamination may be hiding, as well as areas where it may be entering the facility.  We will assess the size, floor plans, and accessibility of all areas to be treated to determine a project timeline and method(s) for disinfection and sanitizing.

Analyze

Data Testing Analysis

The area(s) will be mapped out and identified as to zones, traffic patterns, and ingress/egress.  All "touch areas" and equipment will be tested using on-site pathogen readers and potentially off-site lab testing as needed.  


Each area or item of concern will be swab tested with immediate pathogen level readings.  The area will be photographed and notated as to the item, location, date and time of testing, and will be entered into the report with the corresponding pathogen test data.


Based on the client's needs, additional offsite laboratory testing will be utilized for more specific detection of pathogen species. 


Once the testing is complete, the team will review and recommend a strategy for both treatment, follow up maintenance, and internal procedural modifications that may assist with further prevention of contamination.


Treatment will include sanitizing with our recommended solutions via electrostatic spray and/or UltraViolet-C Germicidal Irradiation ("UVCGI").

Treat: Electrostatic Spray Application

Electrostatic Spray

 Our air-assisted electrostatic sprayer has an induction-charging nozzle, which applies a charge to the atomized spray.  The air moves through the nozzle under pressure and meets the liquid at the nozzle tip, causing the formation of spray droplets that are 30 to 60 microns in diameter.  


At the tip of the nozzle is a tiny electrode which applies an electrical charge to the spray. The electrical charging causes a natural force of attraction between the spray droplets and target surface, similar to static cling.   The charge on the droplets, though small, pulls the spray towards the target at 75 times the force of gravity. The spray droplets can reverse direction, moving against gravity, to coat all sides of an object, achieving nearly complete coverage on all accessible surfaces.


The spray dries quickly and leaves no detectable residue, yet continues to destroy pathogens that touch it for weeks and even months, depending upon the frequency of cleaning and the level of caustic cleaners being used.

UVCGI is a proven technology that has been employed by hospitals and government agencies for more than 75 years.  Recent improvements in the technology have made it affordable and available to everyone.


We will design a customized solution using the appropriate UVCGI technologies based on the needs of each client.


Project Report

After the project is complete, the team will follow up with an extensive report, listing all areas swab tested, the readings, and treatments employed.  We will also list the re-tested verification sites along with photos.  The report will also include recommendations for modifications to company training and standard operating procedures.  For certain situations where ongoing treatments are recommended, we will provide a customized plan for the minimum required frequency to assure a safe and healthy facility and workplace.
